Does the coloured paint and natural henna stay on the candle?
Yes they do, but only if you don't pick at them. Most candles do have a sealant on them; therefore the design would stay on the candle.

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately orders cannot be returned as each piece we create is hand designed and made custom to your requirements. If however you find that a candle has been delivered to you and has been damaged in transit we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do however take precaution to ensure all orders are wrapped carefully to avoid this

Can I light my candle?
Yes you can light your candles, however you will lose the design once the candle burns into the design. We can however upon request insert a mini tealight into the top of your candle prior to designing it. This way you can always re-light and replace the mini tealight so your design remains.

How long till I receive my delivery/order?
Once you have confirmed your order we will try to give you an approximate time scale. If you have a requested date you need the order by, please state this when you place your order, therefore we will try our best to ensure it is complete. We will notify you if it is not possible to meet your requested date. Once the order is complete we will notify you. Please allow a minimum of 2 days for design on a single candle.

What is the procedure for a large order and lead time?
If your order is for 3 products or more, please allow a minimum of 1 weeks' notice. For any wedding orders or bulk orders that exceed 3 items, please contact us first so we are able to provide you with the approximate time scales.

What Methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments, Bank transfers and Cheques. Please note your order will not be despatched until payment has been cleared.

Can I change my order once placed?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to change it. However if you require slight amendments please contact us, we may be at the stage of your design where some changes can be applied.

How do you deliver and what is the delivery cost?
We provide Free Delivery to the following districts: NW2, NW4, NW7, NW9, HA3, HA7, HA8. For any other areas that are not listed, please contact us. The delivery charge is dependent on the weight and size of the order.
